Keeping you safe during COVID times

It is with great pleasure that I can announce our reopening on Thursday 30th of July 2020, our online booking system is now open.

We have been working closely with our governing body GCMT (General Council of Massage Therapists) and Public Health England to ensure both your and our safety.

​

We have made the relevant changes and believe this should not impact the quality nor the experience of our services.

​

• We have extended all sessions on the booking system by 10 minutes to allow for a comfortable turnaround for additional cleaning protocols to sterilise contact areas and massage couch cover/linen change over between appointments.

OMT and COVID-19: Our Patient Safety Guide

 

ON ARRIVAL: (please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your session)

​

• Hand Sanitiser 

• Infrared Temperature Check

• We will provide you with a disposable facial mask on arrival which we recommend you wear in a supine position (when lying on your back, but optional)

• A pre-appointment questionnaire, covering specific COVID-19 risk factors & symptoms checks

• Recommended PPE will be worn by your therapist as directed by Public Health England (PHE)

• Regular review of infection control measures in line with PHE guidance

• We would prefer contactless payment or ideally prepayment of your session which is available on our booking system

This may sound like a lot, rest assured we have worked hard to make it easy, simple and stress free.
